Charity.Africa is a platform that allows users to make charitable donations to people in need across Africa, using secure, third-party payment gateways. By using the platform, users can convert their funds into unique Transaction IDs, and send them to recipients without requesting their bank details. Recipients can then redeem the unique Transaction IDs, into funds, which are transferred to their bank accounts by the third-party payment processors.
Charity.Africa is not a financial institution or payment service provider. We integrate payment gateways such as Paystack and Flutterwave to facilitate the secure transfer of funds. By using our platform, you acknowledge that financial transactions are processed through these third-party providers and that Charity.Africa does not store or handle any sensitive financial information.
By registering, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe any of the information you provided is inaccurate or misleading, or if you violate these terms.
Charity.Africa enables users to fund their digital wallets through trusted third-party payment gateways such as Paystack and Flutterwave. By funding your wallet, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of these providers.
Charity.Africa does not collect or store financial information such as credit card details. All transactions are securely processed through our payment partners.
Once your wallet is funded, you can convert your funds into unique Transaction IDs. These unique Transaction IDs, can be distributed to recipients within the same region. The unique Transaction IDs, represent monetary value, which recipients can convert back into funds and transfer to their bank accounts via our payment gateway partners.
Once unique Transaction IDs have been distributed to recipients, they cannot be reversed or refunded. Charity.Africa does not offer refunds for any donations made through the platform.
Recipients are responsible for redeeming unique Transaction IDs and ensuring that their bank details are accurate when transferring funds. Charity.Africa is not responsible for any loss of funds due to inaccurate banking details provided by the recipient or network errors emanating from the any user bank service provider.

Charity.Africa partners with trusted payment providers (such as Paystack and Flutterwave) to facilitate the transfer of funds. By using the platform, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party payment providers. Charity.Africa is not responsible for any issues related to the processing of payments, including delays, errors, or security breaches by third-party providers.
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Charity.Africa or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content that you submit, post, or display on the platform, but you grant Charity.Africa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of the platform.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Charity.Africa at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform in any way. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the platform, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to your use of Charity.Africa, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you have donated through the platform in the past 12 months.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
